Points Odyssey

A Eurogame of credit-card points, hotel free nights, and domestic award travel. Race across the US with Chase, Amex, Citi & Bilt — transfer partners, trip tickets, and random events every turn.

Choose characters (3–6 seats)

Add each traveler as a 👤 Player (you) or 🤖 Bot (AI). Mix freely — e.g. you + 2 bots. Toggle in the lobby anytime before start.

How to Play

Goal: Highest Victory Points (VP) after 10 rounds. Earn bank points from spend, transfer to hotels/airlines, book award travel, complete trip tickets, unlock achievements.

Each turn

  1. Event — draw one random event (transfer bonus, steal, flash sale…).
  2. Income (automatic) — lifestyle roll by character odds; points hit the card you assigned per category (or best rate). No allocation or re-roll.
  3. Free transfer — once per turn, move bank points into airlines/hotels (extra transfers cost Build).
  4. Build — apply for a card, draw private tickets, or rest (+points).
  5. Travel — book a flight (nonstop or 1-stop) or a signature hotel. Each airline has 2 award tickets/round (a connection still costs 1 ticket).
  6. Race — tickets are ordered (origin first, then destination). First to finish a 🏁 race goal claims it.
  7. End turn — next player.

Hotels

Each city has named signature hotels (e.g. Park Hyatt New York, Atlanta Marriott Marquis). You may stay one night per property, once per game. Points still come from Marriott / Hilton / Hyatt balances after you transfer.

Trip tickets

Complete a ticket by visiting both cities (land in origin and destination at least once). Incomplete tickets cost a penalty at game end. You start with a free credit card so round 1 income can earn points.
